Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 July 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FinalHour ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use this Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Platform Purpose

FinalHour is a workplace giving and charitable contribution platform. We facilitate contributions from registered members to ACNC-registered Australian charities. FinalHour does not act as a charity and is not a DGR-registered entity.

4. Contributions and Payments

Contributions are processed via Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorise FinalHour to charge your nominated payment method. All amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. FinalHour retains a platform fee — the current fee schedule is available in your account settings.

5. Charity Disbursements

FinalHour remits funds to charity partners on a regular settlement schedule (typically monthly). FinalHour does not guarantee the charitable tax-deductibility of your contribution — this depends on the DGR status of the receiving charity. A tax receipt will be issued where applicable.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at [email protected].

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Use the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent security or access controls
  • Misrepresent your identity or organisation
  • Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content

8. Termination

FinalHour reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for breach of these Terms, without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinalHour is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New South Wales.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
